Shipping

Superior Home Décor selects the most appropriate shipping carrier based on the items ordered.  Items are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. (Please allow 3-5 business days while in transit.)

Before shipping all items are fully re-inspected before packaging. Items are fully insured to guarantee the items arrive to you in perfect condition as they left our warehouse. Items are packaged by certified packagers insuring the utmost care when preparing product before shipping.

Items are shipped via Freight/Truck to insure that the items arrive safely. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Once the item has been shipped an estimated time of arrival will be provided via e-mail.

Damage may occur due to carrier mishandling while in transit.  We ask that once the item arrives it is thoroughly inspected. If there is any sign of damage, we ask that this be notated in detail on the delivery receipt. Please contact us within seven days of receiving the item in order for a claim to be filed.

Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations prior to shipment will be fully refunded minus a 5% credit card processing fee. This is a non-refundable processing which is charged by the credit card processing agencies. Cash or check payments will not incur this charge.

If an item has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel. Once you have received the item, or if the item is refused, it will fall under our normal return policy.

If you have received the item and if for any reason the item is not what you expected, or did not fit, or for some reason you have changed your mind, please contact us within seven days of delivery.

 A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued. All original packaging material must be included as when the item was received. Once the item has been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued for the item cost.  In the even that the item was offered with free shipping.  The buyer will be responsible for the  Shipping charges TO and FROM their location, non-negotiable.
