By purchasing any product advertised on this website the purchaser agrees to the following; Units are shipped within the 48 continental United States. Shipping zones that are not in the 48 continental United States are subject to additional fees and/or customs charges. We ship all of our units by freight truck. Upon arrival of shipment, all packages must be inspected for damages on site with the trucking company before the unit is signed for. If the package appears to be damaged, call our customer support center immediately for instructions on how to proceed. We will advise whether the visible damages to the crates are harmful to the units. Once the unit is signed for it is impossible to process the insurance claim with the Freight Company. In the event that the unit arrives damaged and the entire shipment or parts of the shipment is refused we will replace the unit/parts upon availability.
Delivery is subject to delays caused by product availability or freight company problems. The purchaser of the vanity or shower unit accepts full responsibility and liability for the installation, proper use, and operation. This unit is prohibited for commercial use. By accepting these terms and conditions the consumer consents to the indemnification of our company from any lawsuits, actions, judgments, or liability claims arising from the use of our products.
Significant Customer remarks – We advise you not to schedule a plumber or carry out any preparatory work on your bathroom until all of your products have arrived and been fully checked. Superior Home Decor will not accept any liability for losses accruing from any and all preparatory work or from the plumber.
Please be sure to check that all items are present and free from any defects upon delivery and before signing the delivery form. You are obligated to report any missing or damaged items to Superior Home Decor within 72 hours of delivery so that we may resolve the situation.
The steam showers, vanities, whirlpool bathtubs and sauna units are considered to be bulk items. Your items will be delivered by a single driver. Therefore, please make sure there is an able bodied person available to help our delivery person unload the items.
We also advise you to speak with your local building inspector prior to purchasing any product from Superior Home Décor. Some jurisdictions require specific certifications on electrical and plumbing products.
Upon Delivery – It is imperative that you make sure that all products are present and free from any defects or damage upon delivery and before signing the driver’s delivery waiver. Again, you must report any missing or damaged goods to Superior Home Decor within 72 hours of delivery so we can help resolve this situation. Our shipping company requires the delivery of goods to the ground floor only and is not responsible for moving your items to a higher location. You must ensure that someone is able to assist the driver with moving heavy/bulky goods at the delivery location. If redelivery needs to be arranged because no one was at the delivery location an extra charge may be applied.
Damaged Products –Again, upon receiving your item it is important that you open all packaging and check that items are present and not damaged. Any damage must be reported to Superior Home Decor within 72 hours of delivery. Any damage that has been caused by the transportation of goods must be documented upon the carrier's delivery form. Carriers require that you sign for all items in good condition upon delivery. In the even that damage does occur, a replacement will be shipped out to you. It is important that someone is available to receive and check the items for damage on the day of your products arrival.
Back Ordering - If your order is not readily in stock then a member of our sales team will contact you and give you a revised delivery date. Should this event occur, you have the option to fully withdraw your order if a delay is not possible.
Cancellations & Returns – Superior Home Decor will accept the cancellation and return of all items returned within 7 days from the day after the product was delivered providing the items are in perfect unused, re-saleable condition with the original sealed packaging. If packaging is unsealed it must be resealed. In the event where a refund is not due to faulty or misrepresented goods, the refund will cover the cost of the item only and not include the cost of delivery back to our warehouse. The delivery cost as specified by our courier company will be confirmed with you and deducted from the price of the item(s). If the item was offered with free shipping, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping TO and FROM their location. Refunds will be made within 14 working days once the goods have been returned to our warehouse. If you would like to make a return, please send your request in writing (by post, fax or email) to our Superior Home Decor head office so we can process your request.
